RAMAZAN PIDESI SAMIRA ARSHI
INGREDIENTS :
To leaven:
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons flour
20 grams of fresh yeast For the dough
250 ml lukewarm whole milk
2 eggs
125 gr of yoghurt
150 ml of olive oil
1 kg of flour T 55
12 grams of salt
80 ml of water
Other ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon yoghurt
Sesame seeds
PREPARATION:
Dissolve yeast in warm water with 2 tablespoons of flour and let stand 15 minutes. In the processor bowl mix the milk, eggs, oil and yoghurt and salt.
Add the flour and start kneading poolish and slow speed. Add water gradually, the dough should be soft. Increase speed and knead about ten minutes or until the dough away from the sides of the bowl.
