Shortbread Daisy lemon Ashpazi Mahfa March 09, 2020 Get link Facebook Twitter Pinterest Email Other Apps INGREDIENTS : For the dough: 270g flour 200g butter 120g icing sugar 3 egg yolks 1 pinch salt Zest of 2 lemons For the lemon curd : 100 ml of lemon juice Zest of one lemon 2 eggs 135 g granulated sugar 165 g butter room temperature PREPARATION: First, prepare the lemon curd. Mix the eggs, sugar, lemon juice and zest. Cook the mixture in a water bath, stirring until thickened. Filter and allow the lamp to cool 15 minutes. Add the butter before mixing. Place the lemon curd at least 2 hours in the fridge before use. In mixer bowl, work the butter leaf, icing sugar and lemon zest. Add the yolks one by one mixing between each addition. Stir in the flour and a pinch of salt by mixing speed always reduced by using the sheet. Shoot and place cool 45 minutes. Spread the paste between two sheets of paper and then expand circles with the half of the dough and flowers with the rest of the dough. Bake cookies at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
